The Balltown Classic starts and finishes at the Super 8 Motel, just off Highway 61 in Dewitt, IA. The motel has set aside a block of rooms at a discounted price for participants. To take advantage of the discount inform the clerk that you are a part of the ULTRA MIDWEST bicycle race. These rooms will be released back to the motel in May, so don't wait too long, they went fast last year!



It has become tradition for riders to get together at the DeWitt Happy Joe's Pizza for food and fraternizing, the evening before the race! This is an informal dinner with no planned program, just a chance to meet and talk before the event. Plan on joining in at, 6 PM Friday!
